Excellent train station its simply one of the best stations as the staff are always so friendly and helpful! The station is clean and tidy theres always somebody around to ask any information needed too, brilliant

I grew up here and I remember that we once had a great deal many more wonderful places for everyone to visit and not just for tourists either. We had a Butterfly Garden on the promenade, we had a Fun Fair, a Paddling Pool, a Promenade Theatre, Crazy Golf, a fun but scary Museum of Horrors with a talking sculpted facade that always scared me as a kid. We had many more souvenir shops, hotels, bars and restaurants. So it's heartbreaking for me to see what Rhyl has degenerated into. There's been some very badly handled redevelopment and the illegal drugs pouring into Rhyl over the last few decades has also contributed to the state my beloved town has become. In my area of Rhyl, everyone knows it's's now dangerous to walk around at night because crime has run rampant. I hope that one day, Rhyl will once again become a wonderful place to live and visit ♥️ .

Great train routes, but a station with no toilets!, lucky I had my tens lady on!

Used this station about 4 times now. Nice old style, clean and tidy and very helpful staff. Well located for the town and lots of taxis available outside at reasonable prices. Can get quite busy in peak season. Not too many facilities available at the station.
