I would like to thank the man in the ticket office on Friday 23rd October just before midday. What excellent customer service you provided me with train times ,connections & seat reservations. With my job I travel all over the rail network and you are by far the most helpful person i have come across in my travels across the network. Keep up the good work

The only thing that let's this lovely place down is there is no toilet. Accessibility is top quality

If you can drive DRIVE ever since transport for Wales took over from Arriva. It’s been unacceptable, trains cancelled every week during rush hour, arriving late or just not arriving at all. If you are relying on this to get to your work place I suggest you get the train before. Also if you are a serving solider like myself trying to get to work or home to see the family don’t bother.

Only thing missing was the sun! Nice place for a walk along the coastal path. We walked along to Rhyl and back on a good surface, good for bikes and people with pushchairs. Lots of cafes and shops in the town itself.
