I did a good amount of research before selecting a roofing company and thought that I had made a good selection, only to be mistaken. Once the job was complete and the check was written, I found one side/ edge of the new roof that had not been finished/ trimmed correctly. It was basically left looking unfinished. I contacted Jeff Peeples thinking this would take 15 minutes and all would be good. 5 attempts at contact later over a period of several weeks and he has still not called me back. I am now forced to hire and pay someone else to complete the job he was paid to complete. They also removed a skylight for me and left the old skylight on my attached neighbors roof, which their roofer had to remove.
