Alex went above and beyond to help me by sending a request to the Family doctor to me update the Insurance on why we needed the more expensive Asthma medicines. The Pharmacist(s) and pharmacy techs are very friendly. It's always clean, not crowded with merchandise and shelving which makes it more comfortable and not so overwhelming (but do have a good selection of products for your health and daily hygiene as well as items for everyday colds and viruses), it has small areas for you to comfortably wait/sit when you're waiting on your prescriptions with nice chairs, and overall is very comfortable with a welcoming atmosphere. Most generally the wait time is at max 10-15 min. I have been going here for over a year now and have seen it overly busy with a longer waiting only two times. I highly recommend going here for your prescriptions. They will help you in any way they can and it beats the hour long wait times at other pharmacies around here.
