I recently purchased an e-tandem and am very happy with the bike & the service I received from James & Aaron. I don't live in OR but they ordered and shipped me the bike as well as helped me get it all prepared. My wife and I are looking forward to some great rides.nnGood people who stand by their products and treat their customers well !
James is amazing! I was treated with kindness, all my questions were answered with clear knowledge, and he called me a few days later to check on me and the bike I purchased. I could not have asked for a better experience. I would give them more stars if I could!!
Bought our e-tandem from James of New World. He is extremely helpful, very knowledgeable about Gepida tandem bikes ( he rides one) and always had time to answer our questions. He put us in touch with a customer who lives close by, so we could test ride the bike. Our tandem arrived on time and now we are zooming up the hills! It has been a super experience working with him.
Wonderful experience at this great shop!! After being let down and given very poor service by a different local bike shop, we ended up meeting Aaron at New World eBikes and the clouds parted and the sun shone down upon us!! We ended up buying two bikes and can’t wait to take them on many adventures ud83dude0a. Thank you Aaron and James for showing us a great experience and customer service!!!
Great experience and very friendly and helpful. Zach one of the owners was really fantastic. We just went to look and ended up buying two bikes! Lol, saved huge money. They sell direct, and so you don't have to deal with the stupid bike shops!
