Pleasant place to live. The owner needs to fix the place up and he could have a decent place that draws vacationers. The lake needs boat docks put in and the sandy part of the water needs cleared of slime and water plants. Other than that, it's been a decent place to live.

Not very friendly to local neighbors. Cops are constantly in and out of the neighborhood. A lot of cars get towed out from there. They do not want anyone driving, riding, or walking through to get to the public easement. Residents speed up and down road. Speed limit is 25 they go well above that making it dangerous to walk on or near the road.
