Needs upgrading done to property

It's not the 4 seasons, but you get what you pay for. They are clean, just need some renovations. The Owner and staff are really nice and accommodating. They have a nice view of the lake and a dock. The pool is great, and very clean.nnI had a great weekend there!

No, this wasn't a 5 star resort by any means. However, you will not get a 1 bedroom lakefront condo (that is a 3 minute walk to the park) for that price anywhere else. The view from our deck was amazing, and we spent a lot of time just sitting outside watching all of the activity on the water. Darrell, the owner was a really friendly and helpful guy who answered all of our questions. He was also very laid back. We were very pleased that the park was in such close proximity to the resort.nThe rooms are dated, but clean. It kind of reminded me of my grandma's house with good tv...lol. We also had a full kitchen which was very convenient. There was a full bedroom and a pull out sofa. It was very roomy.nWe really enjoyed sitting on the dock with our feet on the water, and looking at the stars. The pool was also very clean, and at a the perfect temperature. Our surroundings were peaceful and beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay, and will return.nWe are not picky about having a modern, state of the art room...because we are hardly ever in it. What we are picky about is cleanliness and location. Neon Bay came through on these aspects.nIf you are looking for a unique, vintage place to stay on the water, Neon Bay is your place. If you plan to stay in your room 24/7 and are used to the amenities of 5 star hotels, you will probably not enjoy this place.nIt is important to keep an open mind when staying in this area, as many of the resorts are very old fashioned.

Lord baby Jesus this place is so disgusting not even Oscar the grouch could live heren13.YOU have to pay $44 to go in all summer and that’s per personn14. Smells like moldn15.air vent doesn’t let you sleepnnJust don’t go here don’t waste your money don’t waste your time don’t talk to the people here they are absolutely insane.
