So a long story made short.. My family and I was stranded in Indiana. We had just been to Indiana Beach Amusement Park. The key fob to the budget rental car fell in the lake while on a ride. We waited hours with no help in sight from the rental company. I flagged down a stranger who got us safely to this hotel. After sleeping for a couple hours I knew the kids would be hungry. With no food and no transportation I needed help again. I went to the front desk where a lady named Dawn was working. I asked if they had vending machines and explained my situation . She replied yes we have vending machines but let me take you to get food for your children. She then arranged to have the front desk watched while she took me to provide food and stop at a store for hygiene products. I am forever grateful to her customer service she provided my family. Dawn needs to be recognized for going above and beyond for a hotel guest. Without her I would had hungry kids or kids eating just plain junk! Thank you dawn for saving the day!

Ive stayed at brand hotels and this Resort is SO MUCH better!!! We will be chosing this Resort every year when visiting. My room was clean and I liked the atmosphere of the music by the pool. I also liked they had a kiddie pool as I was traveling with two small children .

Very helpful with the clients & Dawn went above & beyond for a friend of mine & her family in diststress by taking them to get food when they needed it most.

We have stayed at the resort for over five years and Kim has made our stay a pleasure each time , I’ve never had a problem with the cleanliness of the room or the entire lodge.

They wouldn’t allow us late check out supposedly due to being fully booked. We’ve been here 2 days theirs been no more than 3 cars at any time day or night. The place is empty frfr. They sold us a room with a hot tub that dose not work. And not just one but BOTH OF or keys stopped working. So I was locked out of my room . I’ll never return to this resort. I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone. The only thing they have going for them is the three minute drive from the park. Indiana beach . Would be nice if the reimbursed us for some of the money we spent on account of the tub not working
