We had a nice stay. Thought it was a bit overpriced. But there's not lots of options in the nearby area. Our key lock didn't work when we got back to our room at night and we had to wait on maintenance. Lady at the front desk was very kind and they worked quickly to get it taken care of.
STAY AWAY!!!!!! My family and I are covered in bed bug bites! I have reached out to this hotel and have not received a call back from the general manager. I have emailed them. I've heard NOTHING! So I have no choice but to tell everyone STAY ELSEWHERE! I'm considering legal action. We are bit all over our backs and legs and I sincerely hope I didnt bring any home!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!
This hotel is great. It is always very clean and the staff is super friendly. During COVID they are not able to have the buffet but the have someone serving you and then individually wrapped items as well. If you are staying over you do need to request cleaning service and then need to leave the room for social distancing. We usually would ask for cleaning as we were leaving for the day. If all goes as planned we will be back again next year and hope to see Brenda and Ken when we get here! ud83dude01
The room was very nice, house cleaning did a great job. The hotel itself was very clean, and had a lot of extras to keep you occupied.
Amazing service and great stay! Rooms are perfect and the breakfast rox! The people who work there are a blessing. Pool area gets super hot but its probably uncontrollable. We stay every time we go to Indiana Beach, very often.
