Wonderful place to spend a quiet weekend in the off season. Mike and Bonnie are great host and breakfast was fantastic both mornings. Plenty to do in good weather or bad without ever leaving the property. Loved it!
Stayed two nights and had a wonderful time. Rooms are spotless and spacious. The view from ours over looked the lake and watching the moonlight on the water was amazing. Bonnie and Mike were great hosts, Mike set the firepit up so all we had to do was light it and enjoy making our s'mores. Thank you Bonnie and Mike for sharing your B&B hope to return some day.
Lighthouse Lodge was a perfect place for a quick getaway from Chicago. It was easy to socially distance with our own cabin right on the water, we are an immune compromised family so this is huge for us. There were plenty of great, safe spots for our young kids to play too! Bonnie's food is worth the trip alone! Do yourself a favor and stay with Lighthouse Lodge! Highly recommend.
Wonderful place to visit and stay. The lodge is right on the lake, and the owner was super hospitable, going above and beyond to make sure my wife (who is lactose intolerant) had a good, satisfying meal, even though EVERYTHING on the menu had cheese or milk
We attended a wedding ceremony on 10/24 and stayed in the cottage by the lake. What a pleasant delightful stay. Cottage perfect, staff professionalnWonderful experience.
