DO NOT rent from these people! We moved into a brand new trailer, we were there for a year and the trailer was made so cheap, the cabinets started to bubble, the trim was not cut properly it was to long and would fall off. They took our whole deposit because of manufacturing defects and poor craftsmanship that had nothing to do with us! I’m a neat freak and take very good care of where I live! They WILL rip you off! Think again if your thinking about renting from these people, if you do take pictures of EVERYTHING before you move in. They tried to charge us for broken siding that the lawn maintenance crew is responsible for we paid extra every month for them to mow our yard and the maintenance guy would throw rocks up with his mower at the siding.
As long as u do ur part maintenance will not bother u they should not have to tell u when to do ur part and when I need help or need to pay a little late the office is very understanding as long as u give them respect they give u respect it works both ways
Point west is a great place to live and the staff at the office are really nice and helpful. when there is a Maintenance issue they are very nice to help out. they all do there best to make this a great place to live.
Love it here. Very family friendly and the staff is awesome-sauce. If u follow the rules it is a great place to live.
