Bike N Sport

Rode into town from Eldorado and blew my back tire shortly after getting into town. walked the rest of the way to the bike shop. Walked in, without an appointment, expected to wait and come back. Instead, New tire, new tube and rode home after 5 minutes max, great experience, very grateful they got me fixed up and back on the road!

RUN AWAY!! Worst customer service ever!! Wasn't just one person in particular but noticeably every employee here. Better off taking your business elsewhere and actually getting quality work done. Had a much better experience down the street at Mellow Velo

I recently took my bike to Santa Fe bike n sport in need of a full service. I was told I would have to wait 2 weeks, which was an insane amount of time for the work I was asking for them to do. I ended up waiting over 4 weeks for my bike to be done from their shop. I took my bike home and didn’t ride it for about a week or two then once I did I realized parts were missing and my back tire (which previously had no problems) was loose and made my bike unable to ride. I seriously recommend taking your service elsewhere and don’t waste your money.

So sad when mom and pop shops have poor service. Back to the big store... Mechanic made it clear he was above helping out

So I've had our family's bikes into Bike N Sport 3 times for repairs (we have 5 of them) and I have to say that they have done a great job with whatever repairs or upgrades I ask them to do. What is great though is that every employee I've interacted with has been friendly with a great attitude! Thanks!
