Friendly and helpful staff. Some things are a little pricey, but they have a great selection. I wish they opened earlier on the weekends. I'm always needing something at the last minute before a hike/camp/bike/snow activity on the weekend and need to wait until they open.

REI is always a great place to go for your outdoor equipment needs. The staff does not work on commission and enjoys sharing their knowledge with customers. In addition to merchandise info, you can often get pointers on great places to hike or camp or whatever, as happened to me today. In this era of covid, they are following and enforcing distracting, mask and occupancy directives of the state. I felt safe and comfortable shopping there today.
