New to road biking and had questions. Wow! Bailey is just, well, super awesome. Answered my questions without ego or pretense and actually smiled instead act annoyed at my presence like other places. Clean, orderly shop with top notch customer service. This is where I am taking my bike from now on.

I was informed of this shop by a friend. I took my bike to Sincere cycles mid morning on a Saturday. Bailey had it fixed and back to me that afternoon. He is fair and very professional. I rate Sincere cycles and the owner “Bailey” five stars
