I called James cause my insurance said it need several repairs done, James came out and only replaced 1 slat, and that was it so my roof wasn’t as bad as I thought thank you again James for helping me out I looked forward to doing business with you in the next 2 to 3 years.

A hail storm damaged our house and Veteran Exteriors was recommended to us for the repairs. We are so glad for the recommendation. We had new shingles put on, siding replaced, and windows installed. James, Lonnie, Jay, and all the other workers are knowledgeable, professional (but still lots of fun to be around), and patient with anxious homeowners and their never ending questions. Competitively priced, admirable work ethics, and great employees - it was a job well done. We will definitely be calling Veteran Exteriors again to help us on our next project of replacing our patio door.
James provided me with a copy of the EagleView roof measurement along with the quote. He communicated well via phone, text, and e-mail to keep me updated on when the work would be completed. The day of the job, his crew arrived early and finished the roof in a day. The crew was respectful, they picked up all debris, and they were careful with my landscaping.nnAlso, I received a copy of the invoice for the materials. It was nice to see the actual cost of the materials, and the job ended up being less than the quote because James returned the extra materials. The roof looks great!
We've had 3 roofs done in our neighborhood in the last year. My neighbors told me to go with they're guys. I got several quotes and Veterans was the most cost effective. When you get roof quotes, you have to look at them closely because not everyone is thorough. I believe in supporting our troops and veterans.
