I did price comparisons for roof shingle replacement and found all were very close. I based my decision to choose Knox after talking with a very satisfied neighbor from a couple of years ago and looking at the BBB where issues were professionally resolved. I got my new roof with in days, since my color choice was available. The crew was very kind and efficient and even though during the actual roofing my yard was very busy... they kept cleanup going throughout! When they finished the job, including my shed, after about a 9 hour day... they had it cleaned up immediately. I was contacted a week or two later and my gutter guards were installed! I am very happy with the results and would recommend!
Knox is a great company with great staff. I love the positivity and honesty of the ladies in the office. Charity is such a joy! The crews make quick work of installing a new roof. Great quality at a great value!
The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable and went out of his way to offer suggestions for our project. The crew was great and very fast. They were neat and very precise. They cleaned up after the job was done and kept asking if we were satisfied and if there was anything else we needed them to do. There was always a manager and or the owners of the company at the house checking to ensure the job was going well. Great job!!!
They put a new roof on the place I rent at. Very quick service and did a great clean up job. Would highly recommend .
Jim Miller from Knox Services came out and gave an estimate for a new roof and seamless gutters. He explained everything and made it easy to understand what our options were. Jim was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable on the products, which was very helpful in making our decisions.nnThe roofing crew was also professional, courteous, and extremely fast hard workers. Cleaned up was flawless and they were extremely careful not to damage our plants.nnOur neighbors are also very impressed with how fast the process went, how great it looks, and the price compared to the roof they had put on just last year with a different company.nnEXTREMELY, EXTREMELY happy and will use Jim Miller and Knox Services again in the future!
