Holiday Inn Lafayette-City Centre

Acceptable. Easily could tell the room I stayed in was refurbished. Bathroom had no shower door, mildew, crack in floor of bathroom. The tables in the room had water rings left on them, and the carpet was dirty. The bed only had sheets on it. Very limited parking at the hotel.

Great location. Very clean and modern hotel. Staff goes above and beyond and very friendly and helpful. My daughter left her AirPods in the room and staff did everything to make sure they were found. Thank you Angela, Brandon and Jay.

Fake reviews. Terrible hotel, got 2 rooms. One of the rooms had poop in the bathroom. Called down, not a big deal to them. In the morning showered whole bathroom wasn’t cleaned. Shower was disgusting. Room had no cups, and no comforter. Just a middle blanket. Super cheap! Also huge disregard for covid. They got signs up but didn’t change anything up. Breakfast was the only plus, lady waitress was the only good thing I have to say!nnAs a ihg hotel and standards we are looking for, keep looking. Hilton garden inn much better

Wonderful service from everyone. The house keeping services were friendly, as well as the staff and the front desk. Everything was very clean! The breakfast was delicious, aslo! Couldnt have asked for a better weekend

My wife and I we’re out of town going back to Illinois. My wife booked a room for a King Bed/master suite. When I arrived I pulled up to the front drive and parked in the roundabout. I walked into the lobby there was a wedding reception going on on the upper half. The music was extremely loud that I could barely hear the receptionist who told me that there is no Master Suite available. I was mad because a computer system typically does not register a room “open” by itself, so someone has to do that. I was to tired to go anywhere else so we stayed with the double queen room. Once I got back into my car, I had to drive around the building for almost 20 minutes. They have an extremely small parking lost that wraps around the building which was full. All the street parking was filling around the building and the parking garage was almost full (the very top back of it had a few spaces which would be much to far for a tired person to drag their luggage to the Hotel down the street).nMy wife finally found a spot on the street right in-front of the building after someone left. We dragged our stuff into the building and got to our room on the 5th floor. The bathroom was not cleaned very well, and one of the sheet had a stain on it. We could also hear the music thumping from the reception. . ON THE 5th FLOOR! I feel sorry for anyone who were on the lower floors. For my wife and I, we will not be staying at this location ever again.
