We came over for an event in Lafayette and stayed one night. We came in late, and the 3rd shift staff person was very friendly accommodating - allowed us to sit in the common area lounge to eat before going up to our room. It was the genuine attitude and although she didn't know it, I observed her staying very busy mopping and cleaning, although there was very little activity as late as it was. Then, the following morning, I made an assumption that the complimentary breakfast may go until 10:00. As I asked for a mask from someone behind the desk, he explained that the breakfast had finished at 9:30, so I missed by about 15 minutes. He smiled and asked if he could get me some cereal or see if there was anything left, if it hadn't all been discarded yet. There again, it was all about the sincerity and genuine desire to be helpful. Last, the cleaning staff on our floor that night were just as friendly and asking if we needed any extra items or anything as we were all working on making our way out for checkout that day. I was very pleased and as someone who lived in Indiana several years ago, but grew up and am presently in Illinois - I have to say that my experience in Indiana over the weekend not only at the hotel, but most places I went, actually stood out, about the quality of the folks that live and work there. Great people!

The Holiday Inn Express was very clean, quiet, and accommodating. They offer a pool, and continental breakfast. They do have an employee serving the foods during the pandemic, but she wqs incredible and very helpful and in a great morning for breakfast. The rooms were very clean and cute. Wojld return back. Great price for our king suite

Awesome.... Great motel. Very clean , great staff, and the breakfast is very good ...will stay here everytime im in Lafayette.....tons of stuff within minutes from there as well....food shopping and of course Purdue.....

Our stay was wonderful! Very very clean!!!nThey make you feel comfortable all staff was very sweet, nice indoor pool.. there are No cons about our stay!!!

We normally have good experiences with the IHG hotels especially Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn ExpressnThe air conditioner was making loud noise all night and kept the room HOT.nWe had spiders in the bathroomnThe pool and hot tub were under repairnNeedless to say we had a restless night and spoke to front desk when we leftnWe were told that we would here from a manager yet have not.nWe travel a lot and write almost all good reviews
