I’ve been on hold 28 minutes and counting!!ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21 I would go online if I could but I need to talk to a live person!!! I could go to store but the wait times are just as bad! Lord help me if I have to use drive through that can be 6-9 cats deep. CvS you really need to get these staffing issues worked out or I’ve giving up and going to Walgreens! This is a consistent problem.

Im pretty sure they just ignore the phone when they are overwhelmed. I don’t blame the staff honestly. This business is obviously overworking their employees and pinching pennies. Considering the nature of the business, this ethic is shameful. This is NOT a Taco bell employed with teenagers who’s insolent mistakes would cause life threatening issues. Your employees are jaded. I don’t feel safe getting my prescriptions from this establishment anymore. I am done!!!

I came to store number 6677 to fill my blood pressure medication to find out that I have been over charged for almost all of my medications as well as my sons. I have learned that I am not getting a refund back as Claim to old well I find that obsurd that this company can take my money and not refund this to me when I had over paid this company!!!!! This review is to let other folks know that they could be getting over charged at this CVS and to avoid refilling medications with this location. I am very upset that this company feels that this okay to take a customers money like that. I had an employee inform me of this over payment and got directed to file a claim. I gave all vital information to get this refunded to be told that this is an old claim. My aunt fanny it is new I had just submitted this a week ago. I get it had been almost a year since the first fill of medication however it is wrong to not give a customer their money back when they had over paid on an item or on their medications. I am taking my business elsewhere that will not take my money as I will be ensuring that my next pharmacy as I had done with this one to ensure it goes through my insurance card T

Needed medicine refilled and they're making me wait 2 days past when my medication is due putting me into serious benzodiazepine withdraw. Absolutely horrible pharmacy
