The team at Pacific Exteriors provided excellent work replacing our siding and windows and getting out home water proofed. Everyone was awesome throughout the project and did so on budgert.

As an HOA President and Condo owner of a large property here in Portland our board and association was very concerned about the cost and the company to be selected for this huge job to replace the siding, windows, decks, roofing and painting. This is a multimillion dollar project so we consulted with our legal counsel attorney and architect for some reputable local company recommendations. We chose Jay at Pacific Exteriors as they clearly understood the overall magnitude and it was apparent they knew how to execute these type of projects as well as their references were outstanding. From their communication and service, construction experience, and quality of workmanship all of us owners are very pleased this is the contractor selected. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone for large or smaller projects.

I was refereed to Pacific Exteriors by a friend whom had used them to replace siding on a duplex that they own. They had a great experience and suggested that I call for an evaluation of our issues. We recently purchased a rental property that had been previously neglected for years. After meeting with Pacific Exteriors, they provided a plan and estimate to ensure that the rental would now be weather tight. In the end, we moved forward and replaced the roof, siding and windows. Pacific Exteriors stood head & shoulders above the competition. We initially gathered several other estimates and while other competitors agreed with the recommendations of Pacific Exteriors we noticed a significant difference

We hired Pacific Exteriors to replace our old cedar siding with James Hardie Siding. They did an excellent job so when the time came we also hired them to replace our roof. Both times we were impressed with Pacific Exteriors. They were knowledgeable, honest, and kept us updated throughout the whole process. The work crews were professional and finished the jobs very quickly. Everything was cleaned up afterwards and left looking great.

We had our siding installed about 5 years ago upon moving in by another Gresham Based company. Over time we noticed that the siding was breaking and cracking where they had nailed the siding. It appers that they consistently nailed to close to the edge. We were also getting gaps that was causing water damage to the interior of the house. We chose Pacific exteriors as they had come highly recommended and had a great track record of working with insurance companies to resolve and complete the project to the customers satisfaction.
