You all need new people to run that place. The people don't ever answer the phone. Gives dirty looks when people come in. And what's sad the other side of the hotel needs to be finish for more rooms.
Love the stay love the manager shes so helpful and on top of things always polite
The management is absolutely great, however the hired help and after hours management leaves much to be desired.
Where to begin. The balcony felt like it was going to give way at any moment. The outside was dingy. The inside made the skin on my back crawl. The interior was dated and unkempt. The floors were warped. The rugs were frayed and the curtains resembled sheets. Various surfaces including the wall outlet and the ice container were dirty. The bathroom was gross with obvious rust stains in the corner of the tub and hot water took ages to get hot. All this for $100! No thank you! Go elsewhere when staying in Angola. The only good thing is that it's less than 5 minutes from the campus
We booked a room gpt there and they didn't have any bookings and had no idea we r comming. And still not don't know if we will get charged. Not impressed will never come back
