Helpful yet more then I want to pay
The community isn't bad. I have great neighbors. It's the management that is insufferable. They bully their residents and break almost every part of the lease agreement. They do not attend to duties or address concerns and will not send maintenance if they just don't feel like it. It would be a thousand times better with adequate and professional management. But it's home for now. The neighbors are quiet and I've had no issues with anyone besides management.
I live here. It's a nice place. Been here over 15yrs.
Glass every where broken pavement through out the entire place good place to get a flat or huge medical bill for your pets or children..
I have 40 year history of paying my mortgage later rent never missed have. Money good credit and wouldn't even let me fill out an application due to my disability income 1350 month. Who set this scales I only have 230 month going out shady judgement
