Room was great. Clean and comfortable. It was an incredibly frustrating experience from all other ends however. I arrived late at night to find reservation was “canceled” after I had called earlier in the day to inquire about the cancelation policy, as I was concerned that travel delays would keep me from making it to town. At no point did I confirm that I wanted to cancel. When I arrived to check in I was told that it would be no problem to restore the reservation, but would be charged again, though the original charge would be released in a few days. No problem. The next morning when I got my receipt I had been charged the incorrect price and had to call to correct this. I was told It would be fixed and I would be charged the correct price, again no problem. Three charges later I would probably not come back here as the headache plus time lost navigating the poor billing structure was not worth it. Expect more from a Hilton property.
Just here for a quick overnight stay. Impressed by how well the room was cleaned and sanitized. The restaurant provided a limited but tasty selection of items for a late dinner and observed all the proper social- distancing protocols. A complimentary breakfast was included and it was excellent.
This is a beautiful hotel with a great view of the river. The lobby area is open and inviting. The dining area is open late so that's a plus. The shuttle service is cancelled due to COVID. But being downtown everything is pretty much in walking distance.
The beds were extremely small. Asked for a double queen and got a double full room. The pool was so cold my children couldn't even swim. Asked for them to at least turn the vents up and the guy said an engineer would come by and never did. I basically am moving out of my home and I just wanted to be in a nice hotel with my kiddos where they could swim. I booked this for that reason and am extremely disappointed. Will be taking my business elsewhere for the weekend.
This is a Hilton and I guess because of Covid their services were extremely limited. No maid service unless requested which we were not made aware of until the next evening, no concierge, no valet, no bellman. it was a ghost town which I guess is understandable but it was just not the experience we were hoping for... however the bed was great good night sleep and it was clean . The cookies are always awesome ....
