Our old roof on a 1947 house was leaking; it had to be replaced, even without any insurance. A courteous and helpful sales and assistant staff impelled our choice to go with Horner Roofing Company, which offered a reasonable price and good installment plan. Our trust well placed for a complete roof tear off and installation of new shingles, etc. The job was done well by a cheerful crew that began at dawn and worked until after dark. The job was completed on time; the debris and nails were removed (along with two unused dish satellites); a minor wrap-up issue was corrected on the same day of my having brought it to Horner's attention. What could be better? What more could make an homeowner more satisfied and appreciative? The roof makes the house look much better! Next year, God willing, we'll have the siding replaced by Horner. They put a good roof over our heads; new siding would add even more beauty and value to our home! Thanks, Tanner, and all the folks at Horner.
Horner roofing is a great local business. Everyone we spoke with during the process was very professional and nice. We had a roof repair done, as well as new gutters put on, both completed jobs were fantastic, no complaints with the quality of work. The only reason Horner doesn't get five stars is due to the delay of work, and not being able to get an answer as to when the work would be completed. Our original quote for the work was done mid-September, and the work was finally completed yesterday (November).
Horner was excellent through the whole process of getting siding and gutters replaced after hail damage. Great communication. Their crews cleaned debris efficiently, not just at the end of the project, but at the end of every day. Highly recommend using this company!
Horner made it easy from the inspection process to insurance contact to installation. They were prompt and always pleasant in communication (something I value highly). I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof or roof repair.
