We worked with Kyle and I cannot express how much we appreciated him. He always called us to keep us up to date and explained from the very beginning how the process works and made sure we understood that it could take a while, depending on our insurance company. He always went above and beyond to make sure we knew what was going on in the process. Highly recommend working with him.

It has been a year since I first started my claim with Storm Solutions. People randomly show up to my house to do inspections, but not do any work on the roof. Absolutely no communication from Storm Solutions as to the status of my claim. In the rare event I speak with someone, they simply blow smoke up my a** about moving forward. Thinking about sending an anniversary card, looks like this is going to be a long-term relationship (fyi don’t sign the contract).

My experience with storm solutions was great, they handled everything with our insurance company and kept us up with what was going on. We were called in to the office to pick out our shingles color and our siding color. In two weeks our roof was done and the following week our whole house had new siding. Joe was excellent to work with, he kept us up to date on the daily and would take us out and show us other houses they did to show us how beautiful our house would look. By the time it was all done we had a brand new beautiful home. Joe made sure we were happy with all their work, I recommend storm solutions and I recommend working with Joe, he will make sure you are highly satisfied, Joe is the man, the myth, the legend.

This process of having my home repaired with Storm Solutions was difficult. I had six representatives from the company that were my points of contact during this time. I was told to contact them if I need questions answered or need anything. From the start of the process I told all the reps, please keep my updated on the process with my home repairs. The first months, I was kept updated with the progress. After that, I had to call to get status on the repairs. When my phone calls were answered, I was being told what I wanted to hear, because most of the time what I was told didn’t happened. I made a few trips to their office to discuss my repairs face to face. That did not speed up the process. Things only began to move forward once Joe B arrived as the production supervisor.nnJoe fault my frustrations after our first meeting. Joe listened and asked me, do I want to stay the course. Joe said, let me do what I do. That was the first time I had confidence that things will get done and soon. Joe would contact me every day to update me. If there were delays, he would tell me why. After about three weeks and during the holidays, Joe had my repairs 90% complete. Stopping only due to weather and the holiday scheduling. My home is now 100% complete, and it was because of Joe. If Joe was not on Storm Solutions team, I believe my repairs would still not be complete. Joe, I really appreciate you coming to my home on Saturday’s and Sunday’s to check out the work of your team.
