What a team! They kept us informed every step of the way from our first call to the day our roof installation was done. The crew showed up as scheduled, put in a long day, and wrapped up the following morning leaving our property neat and tidy as if they had never been there. The roof is beautiful and we were getting compliments on our house within days. Such hard workers, kind and professional. We appreciate the workers' skills and Advanced Roofing's attention to detail. They were so easy to work with and economical.
They did an excellent job! I was very impressed with how hard they worked and the quality of their work. The only issue that I had was scheduling. I was notified the evening before they were going to be out and that happened to be my moving day. I would imagine scheduling is done based on the completion of other jobs. If possible, I would suggest just a little more notice than 12 hours. Everything worked out. I was just a little more stressed than I guess I needed to be.
Jason and his crew at Advanced Roofing are friendly honest people who do quality work at a reasonable price.. You have no worries with this company.
There were a few communication nuances in scheduling and implementation but after mutually reviewing the original contract and speaking directly with their management all problems were cleared and they completely backed up their word. I am very happy to have been contacted and also found a solution to my concerns. The customer service displayed is the exact reason everyone should work with local businesses like this, highly recommend
