Outpost Bikes

I am using my ebike for commuting. When I had problems with it, I entrusted it to their repair shop, and received very competent service for a very reasonable price. The repair person was in communication with me during the process and I received a detailed account on what was wrong. At the time, it was not common to find a bike store which was able to do repairs on pedal assist bicycles - and they did an impeccable job.

Went in to buy my husband a new bike and have another bike tuned up. Bike brought in for repair was not done properly, and caused the brakes to lock up while going up hill, and ejected rider from the bike. Also, the sales lady was very pushy and rude. Thankfully we found a much better bike shop to work with in Middlebury.
