It's great place now that motel is shelter for seniors that are homeless & more app to get virus

The place was a little pricey. The room was basic, but nice. It was clean. Bed was comfy. Water was hot and tub drained. TV and lights worked. Had a refrigerator and microwave. Close proximity to freeway and train tracks.

I stayed here for two weeks when I was in between homes during the CoVID-19 pandemic. The owners are so kind and friendly as well as accommodating. Rooms are clean and showers stayed hot. I never had any issues and always felt safe. The train and freeway are somewhat noisy but the hum is also kind of calming at night. I’ve stayed in much more expensive hotels and had a much better stay here.

The management of this place is absolutely terrible beyond all explanation. They have zero respect for the customer and show it by doing things like locking you out of your room because they were not in the office at the time to have a guest register with them.nnMy final straw was when I woke up at 9:30 at night to the manager in my room talking to me about checking out the next morning. Then, at 10:15 (checkout is 11) he was once again just walking into my room as I was getting ready to get in the shower to checkout.nnMy TV didn't even have an HDMI hookup.nnDon't stay here for any reason.

If you need a good clean comfy nights sleep for a great value, this is the place! No frills, but all the necessities! I went to Portland to visit my kids who live close by, but do not have enough space for guests. All I needed was a safe & comfortable place to sleep at night and get ready in the morning. This hotel fit my needs perfectly! Very reasonably priced per night and friendly staff. My room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice. Can't say enough about the value of this motel and I will definitely be back. The Banfield Value Inn was excellent! Thank you Sunjay!
