Eastside Lodge

It is a nice place . The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with a firm bed. The restroom was up to date . There was shampoo and soap. There was also a hairdryer . They had a vending machine and hot coffee in the office. The room was clean . There was a microwave and mini fridge. There was cable tv. There is a seasonal pool. It is close to downtown . I recommend this place

While being on the lower end price wise, this motel is being run as a step above what you think. The newly renovated rooms are nice, but the best thing about this place, other than it’s location, is the bed. The mattresses are so much nicer than even places that rank 2-3 stars more than this place. I have stayed more than a few nights and always wake up completely refreshed. The couple that own and run this place need to be commended for knowing what to focus on to provide the best nights sleep to their guests for an amazingly low price.

Location is great. Had a great time staying at Portland staying at the hotel. As far as I remember, I could have enough rest at night without noises outside and room was also comfortable enough.

Super quiet with a great staff. Within walking distance to lots of cool shops and good tasty food. I enjoyed my week in Portland and if I return I'll hope to stay here again!

It ain’t the Ritz but something tells me that if you’re looking at this place, you probably can’t afford the Ritz. What this place is a clean and comfortable, yet affordable place to lay your head down. My #1 and #2 priority when looking for a room is cleanliness and price, respectively. It probably doesn’t get a whole lot better than this at this price range, so, I’m giving them 5-stars for value. Plus the owners are lovely people and they take pride in this place. If you’re looking for a room that’s gonna blow your hair back, this is not it. If you’re looking for a clean room for a cheap stay, this is your best bet.
