Rodeway Inn Convention Center

Wasn't the best place I have been to. It rank in then top 5 worst coming in at #1. Rude, Don't recognize Rewards Members as should, Room was something out of a B Movie sleezy hotel. No microwave, hot water, and no alarm clock. The basics for any hotel. To top it off...as a rewards member I put on my reservation for an extended check out which give me instead of 11am check out l, it is extended to 2pm. Not went to breakfast come back at 11:04 and was locked out of my room. The told I would have to pay $20 for four hours to get back in room. I was basically forced to stay another night. So I was out the next morning. Room cleaner than when I arrived. 10 days later still no return of my security deposit. This place is so crooked. Another thing is I booked a room for 2 I arrive first pay then told absolutely no guest. This is so shady. W9rst place ever!

Place smells like it haven’t been clean for months. Smells like effen garbages. The freeze wasn’t plugged in and there were mold in the freezer. Walls, bathroom, and the room haven’t been clean for months and the floor looks like someone took off the carpet stuff bodies or stuff under and put it back. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE, WASTE OF MONEY!!

Hotel staff is very unfriendly... I called asked to be transferred to a room and was told no. I told them the name of the guest. And he asked me to call back. Very complicating and very in helpful.

Clean rooms and comfy beds - the owner also honored the commentary room upgrade for Diamond members (which seems to be an issue for most of the Rodeways and Econolodges on the area).

Hotel attendants were extremely rude. They pointed out no guests to stay in the hotel as I was signing in. Then when I had friends from a room over come to my room to say goodbye to me, the attendant asked me if I had guests in my room. He then asked me if I had picked up the room. As I was pulling away he hustled to my room to look around. They talked down to me and were very inquisitive. I will not be staying here again.
