Crowne Plaza Portland-Downtown Conv Ctr

I would recommend the crown plaza hotel downtown Portland. The staff was very accommodating, the rooms were clean, and the staff does not harass you and makes you feel comfortable like you belong there. One of the few hotels I've stayed at that makes a good hot breakfast during the pandemic. Because most I've stayed at during the covid 19 don't even offer breakfast. I'll be staying here again.

area is sketchy. room is nice, but for the price, they could really do better. I've stayed in rooms for 60 a night that are exactly the same. beds are NOT comfortable. pillows are awesome though, guess if you asked for a few dozen you could sleep on those.. the chair in the room is good. if you're a child. my butt couldn't fit in it lol.

I was highly disappointed with my stay. Not only was my room dirty with coors bottles from the guest before me but they did not allow or include any of the amenities that they promote. The pool was closed, breakfast and parking is extra, the bar and restaurant are not sit in. In addition, when we tried to order from the restaurant below we realized we didn't have a menu and called the service desk. They informed us that although they had forgotten to place one in our room as protocol, we would have to come down and get it ourselves. We tried to talk to the concierge to express our disappointed and she offered us 2 free breakfast although our stay was for 3 people. I do not recommend this hotel unless you are looking forward to a headache.

Crowne Plaza hosted the MDA Scientific Symposium. Very nice venue, courteous professional staff, excellent experience. Unfortunately I can't seem to add captions to the photos or organize them correctly - so my apologies - perhaps Google will make that possible some day. Dr Miriam Ischander presented several topics. She is an expert in neuro-muscular disease impact on the pulmonary function,and shared many important insights. Vendor booths we're uniformly high quality with knowledgeable staff on hand to field questions.

No matter where your room is, a great night's sleep! Best kept secret is the restaurant! ;) Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Right up there with #BeverlyHillsHotel breakfast bar. ;) for reals. ;)
