Motel 6 Portland, OR - Downtown

DO NOT GO HERE! There are plenty of nice places to stay in the area, this is not one of them. The manager is super nice but its customers are horrible. I was robbed while in the parking lot in front of the hotel a $2,800 bicycle and about $700 cash gone. Its the kind of place you go to, when your doing something that your probably not supposed to be doing. Oh yea and the police response time? 5 hours. So good luck. Its like the wild west.

Helpful, friendly, inviting and caring of the customers. One of the best experiences and we have booked in many places (over 50 times) in the Portland area. Manager & Staff are professional and billing made simple. We are grateful!

Staff always very helpful. Wen I needed something they came and brought it to my room. Rooms always clean. I always go to this hotel.

This is the worst Motel 6 experience I have ever had. The check-in service was unfriendly. Trash overflowing from dumpster. The parking spaces were barely manageable. The shower room was unsanitary- too dirty to take a shower in and I barely wanted to use the toilet but had no choice after a long journey. Both the fridge and microwave were dented and scratched up. The table rocked. no chair. The bedding had cigarette holes some of which were patched as if it was a bicycle tire. I've never seen the like. Then absolutely no sleep due to the downtown tram going by every 5-10 mins throughout the entire night. People noises and then the icing in the morning, a police arrest on the premises which both blocked the staircase and my car in for close to an hour. I would have been better off in Rest Area. I highly recommend you remove Motel 6 franchise from this location.

Great location near max line and restaurants. Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean rooms .
