Shilo Inns Rose Garden

Kinda run down but the rooms are nice with a big TV, microwave, mini fridge, cozy chair and comfy bed. Also a desk & chair if you need too work. Decent quick breakfast. My only complaint is that even though the room is non smoking my room reeks of smoke - and I'm allergic so kinda not cool. Definitely worth the price though.

I check in real late like 9pm, the person at the front desk was real friendly. He told me he will waive the parking charge for my stay. I told him I was accompany with a pet, he told me there is a extra fee. No problem I said then I gave him my credit card but he came back saying it didn’t go through. I told him that was my only card, instead of expecting him to say you sh....t out of luck. He told me don’t worry I will not charged you. Talk about service and kindness. I would go back in a heartbeat and recommend others too.

Where do I start.... I went to the front to check in, wow!! want to talk about rude!!nThe homeless, there is nothing they can do about that, but, they could keep their grounds clean.nShilo didn't.. we saw a syringe filled with something, pills riddled around. They say they are pet friendly, hmmm do you want your pet to ingest one of the pills to see what it is.nNow walking into the room. Not shocked at all.. floor has stains, chair is ripped and mmm the smell is musky.

This place is truly the worst. A lot of misleading photos online on reservation websites! This place is a total dump, homeless and drug addiction everywhere. We checked in a 30 mins early to drop off our things, the first thing we noticed was the window screen had been taken off and it appears someone tried to break in. Even with that we decide to give the place a try we returned to our room 90 minutes later and decide to leave we were scared to stay the night in fear that the room would be broken into or our car would be broken into. A lot of shady characters walking around the property, a group of men kept cat calling when walking to our car. We didn’t stay to dispute a refund for the $110 we paid, we just wanted to get the hell away from this place. Dirty, nasty & gross!

Staff at this place will make you feel like your at the Hyatt Where Deborah the channel manager Bobby and Tyler in the bar thank you feel like you very special like your the only customer there these people been over backwards for you littler literally what day they will own one of these places
