Toomuch $ for the quality of the room. Its actually ridiculous 95 a night ! Smh

They have good health plan. People can and are neighborly. The caretakers are welcoming and tolerant at a safe distance but considrrant. Clean and safe, good place to help yourself regulate.

Worse place ever. Front desk agent was rude and completely unhelpful

This place has improved in quality and cleanliness over where it had been in times past due to a new owner's influence, and it is a dog friendly option for those requiring that type of accommodation. However it definitely seems as though more effort has been put into the external appearance of the building than into the rooms themselves. I have been in almost half of the rooms personally and all I have viewed were run down and often featured very shabby, sometimes broken furniture (the bed in the room I stayed in was broken and we had to repair it ourselves to keep the mattress from falling through the frame).nnIn addition to the room condition, while the owner himself seemed pleasant, he only stoos in once a week and the couple that manages the place day to day are very gruff and unapproacheable for the most part. In addition, there were several long term tenants that did their part to make my stay uncomfortable with random and loud outbursts among other behavioral issues.nnThese issues would be all good amd well in exchange for a cheap place to stay at a moment's notice if needed, however this place is anything BUT cheap. It is quite expensive in reality, even with the weekly rate. I found that there were several comparable and sometimes cheaper rates found at other places that were way cleaner, quieter and with a much friendlier staff IMHO....take it for what it is worth to you.
