We got the king room with the in room Jacuzzi and for almost $300 for 2 nights it was so dingy we ended up leaving. The tub had sequins in it and the room was seriously dirty. There we mystery stains on all the furniture/sheets and what appeared to be spilled lubricant on the bedside table. I was excited to find a place with an in room Jacuzzi but it was alarmingly dirty and the sheets were also obviously not changed.
Rooms were clean and pleasant to be in. Nice customer service.
Zero Stars!nI do not recommend this place to anyone.nNo service room, No housekeeping!!nAll bed sheets are dirty and when I asked the girl at the front desk she told me there is no person to change them!nDuring the pandemic we need to be more careful and safe.
I didn't even rent a room. Night clerck on may 3 was rude and I think she was trying fleece me.nNo way the room was 170$ + deposit. when I walked over to the much nicer and more professional Marriot and payed way less a couple blocks away
Very poor front desk service, very rude.. very classist, do not recommended going here unless you’re trying to scam out a free room, because that’s all they’re good for.
