A very Beautiful Mobil home park
Likes to give you the run around and change prices every week!
This trailer park is the nicest one I've been to. My dad has lived there since I was 9. It has always been very clean and kept nice. The playground is clean too. It has a nice fountain in the middle of the pound where you can go fishing.
This park is an absolute joke. Management you ask? What management? New manager every 90 days, also new “late charges” when ever they feel the need to charge you. Do you like having running water? The park is to cheap to replace the water lines, just wait for it to break then patch it, patch breaks, re patch it. Don’t get me started on there snow removal, be ready to pretty much make your own lane after it snows. Also be ready for your lot rent to get raised 2-3 times a year. 612 to rent a space in liberty farms is not worth it.
