I had an excellent experience with this company and I would use them again in the future. The roofing crew was great; Nick, Colton, Danny, David, Collin and Joey were hard-working and got the job done quickly. Everyone has been very kind, friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions, were extremely efficient and professional. Carey gave me the estimate within 24 hours and was very specific and answered all questions. Clean up after job was excellent with minimal disturbance to landscape. Nick kept in contact during the job and after with updates and any questions I had. Sara and Frieda were both very helpful and great to talk to. Frieda moved up my appointment when there was a cancellation. Roof is beautiful.

Tri-County recently replaced our roof and repaired a few problem areas that had accumulated. I don’t usually write reviews but I must say that these people did a first-rate, very professional job. Starting with David’s thorough estimate where our roof’s dimensions, slopes and squares were computed from the downloaded google pic; he squeezed through 3 separate small openings to inspect our attics, and explained how the crew would tear off and carefully re-shingle without damaging extensive landscaping. That’s exactly what happened. Roof looks great, shoddy work by the builders was discovered and fixed, gutters were cleaned, town inspections were taken care of. Very thorough and impressive job by Nick, Danny, David, Colton and Collin who were friendly and considerate, and always kept me updated. Sara and Fredia were polite and thorough in handling negotiations, contracts, and billings. I wholeheartedly recommend Tri-County.
Working with Tri-County Roofing & Gutters was a great experience. They are professional, friendly, and did an exceptional job in all aspects. David, Jason, Sara, and Fredia were all helpful. I would use this company in the future.
