Very excellent customer service very fair pricing, honest store my only disappointment why I give it four stars is they could not fix what I wanted fixed. Updated three years later. A+++ Just Totally made my Nike like brand new!!! New bearings and sprockets. Really needed it. Thanks!!

I have been searching for a new bike for months and visited 7 other bikes shops/big chain stores in the area, with no luck, I traveled about 45 minutes to Bucks, and i’m so glad I did! I was greeted by Jason, and he was very patient with me and assisted me with my bicycle purchase, he even made sure I rode the bike down the street before purchasing it! Thank you so much for the amazing customer service. I will make sure all my friends and family knows about you guys. Thanks again!
Today was my third time going to Buck's and each time I was disappointed, but today even more so as I really wanted to purchase a trainer. When I first got there a nice, young girl approached me and asked if I needed any help. I had one basic question on the trainer, but she didn't have the answer (which is totally fine). She came back with the answer and left. As I stood there trying to Google answers on the product, while looking over to the desk, in hopes someone might see I had further questuons. The other previous times I had been to Buck's, not once did anyone seem eager to help me. I am new to cycling and would very much like to find a bike shop willing to talk to me, answer my questions, help guide me to a sustainable cycling hobby, but clearly this is not the shop for me. Which is unfortunate because I have read good reviews on this shop.
Fantastic bike tuning! my mountain bike wasn't shifting that crisp and had brake fading. Bucks bike technicians solved the issue. Excellent bike shop!!
