What once was the Plaza Trailer Court, a rejuvenated Wabash Flats is showing off it's new look and name, as well as brand new 2020lp model single wide units that are modern, affordable, and stunning. New management, new neighbors, and new beginnings all abound... The only thing missing is yard space, as these units are placed with maximum capacity in mind.
Well I'm about to move in and so far the only issue I have is that I literally can't get ahold of her for anything. But I'm still looking forward to see how it is when I move in because the mobile home are really nice and it is a clean community in a good location.
Rent was to high for even a 3 bedroom 2 bath trailer. Raising price to $900 a month. Had a lot of problems with getting things fixed and getting ahold of the manager. Also had a lot of problems with drugs in the trailer court.
It was a clean looking place
My experience at this has been HE!! Jonna Courts is a person you can talk to, but soon as you turn your back to her next thing you know you are talking to the law. She is a person that is ud83eudddb♀ufe0fTWO-FACEDud83eudddb♀ufe0f like one situation that I am talking about, she told my mother which is handicap that she could have some cinder blocks, all she would have to do is come get them, and next thing you know she was giving them away. And i went outside of my grandmothers house and said to the two guys she was giving the bricks away to, that the bricks was spoken for and she said no they are not, well take what you want guys. Also I stopped Jonna Courts and asked her if I could get in the Roll-Off and get the 2❎4’s and she instantly got hateful with me and “replied WHAT THE FU⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f DO YOU WANT”. So if anyone is thinking about moving to a community where Jonna Courts is a part of better think twice because she will have people watching your every move just so she can cause people problems, that she does not like. So please read this and take it to heart. This woman is the DEVILud83eudddb♀ufe0fud83eudddb♀ufe0fud83eudddb♀ufe0fud83eudddb♀ufe0fud83eudddb♀ufe0fud83eudddb♀ufe0f from which SATAN created.
