I've been here almost three years. Hardly anyone abides by the rules here (at least the ones I was given when I moved in), there is a lot of traffic including loud trucks going in and out all hours of the night and early morning when your trying to sleep. Over all this is a good place to live.

Ive been told that the new owner Rex allows sex offenders to move in now. Even though he kicked out a couple when he took over as new owner a few years back. What a hypocrite.
