I just moved in and I already love it so much everyone is super nice and the owners are great! I really feel like this is home, I feel surrounded by family all the time! Great place to live!
I have lived here for 4 years. Only moved here because they allowed pets when I was looking to move out of my previous home. I was treated like family instantly, my home was completely remodeled and I was able to help make decisions for it. Mark and Leisa are the owners but they aren't your typical landlords. They really care about the people in this community. They try to help where they can by employing people of the park that are skilled to do different tasks. They hold each tenant accountable for the appearance of their yard so we really look like a nice community, not your typical trailer park. They are even expanding with brand new homes at affordable prices. I grew up in a trailer park and I loved it because I always had friends near by. This is no exception with being kid friendly but also having privacy.
The owners of this park are the most caring and nice people you will ever meet. They go above and beyond to help people and families in this community park. I could not say enough good things about them and Colonial court.
