I've never stayed here but a friend had and I think this rating is more than enough. Although I am not judging any one who needs to stay here for personal life reasons.

Place was dirty dingy towels and rags. A few cockroaches. Staff polite and respectful. However I had to buy own Tash bags and toilet tissue, I paid full price for a week,. Had to ask for clean towels and line. I had to ask for cleannown bathroon.
