It was super clean, affordable, and the staff was kind to us. The day my daughter and I checked in was a difficult day for us, but Courtney working the front desk was like an angel. She went above and beyond and it meant so much to us to receive her kindness. Also, I appreciate that they still have the continental breakfast but are handling the plating in a responsible way given the current situation the world is in.
Best breakfast I have had at a hotel in long time. Great rooms, staff, and atmosphere. Third time I have stayed here and will again.

This place was always very clean, (observed cleaning multiple times a day)staff very polite, friendly and helpful. Was always greeted with a smile no matter how many times they saw me (smoker)and was offered assistance without asking,Hot breakfast every morning stayed 2 weeks never had a problem, Thanks BWPud83dude01
This is our 2nd year staying here for a Girls Weekend and we would never stay anywhere else. We have visited almost all the hotels in Anderson over the years and I can tell you this Best Western has the absolute best staff! They, alone, make staying here the best! Girls Weekend can get noisy ;) And they were amazing with allowing us to make good fun memories. We thank you and love you guys for making us feel like family!
