We got all new windows and a sliding glass door installed. The salesman schmoozed us and then didn’t want to bother with my inquiries once the deal was closed. I wasn’t impressed when he told me to contact the store instead of answering our question for us. The crew who installed the windows were very efficient. They’re not the friendliest crew (with the exception of the older gentleman). When the job was done, they clearly just wanted to leave. It was a pretty unprofessional, and very awkward, closing of a $9500 deal. Aside from their poor business skills, I was very pleased.nn*Follow-up...2 weeks later...we had to have someone come out and re-screen the sliding glass door because they installed a door with a hole in the screen. They are coming out again tomorrow because we have a window screen that isn’t attached to the frame, it has a shotty caulk job, and there’s condensation on the inside of the window. IF they hadn’t hurried out of here on installation day, and did a thorough walk-thru, these things would have been caught. Make sure they do a walk thru, window by window, before they leave the job!

Chris installed windows in my home and did a wonderful job! He was very professional, knowledgeable and takes pride in his work and not to mention, Great Craftsmanship! Prior to installation Chris brought window samples, explained in detail the cost savings and the quality of the window. I would definitely refer this company to friends and family.

I recently had my windows replaced with Premier and I couldn't be happier! Our installer, Chris, got the job done in great time and I could tell he had a lot of experience. I had some questions and he was able to answer them all, which was super helpful! They offered great service and a great product! I will definitely be using them again and will recommend them as well!

Had a patio door installed. Premier Windows System was great to work with. Tom was able to order the door and install within our time frame. The installer Matt was great and answered all questions I had pertaining to the door. Really enjoy the look and operation of the new patio door.
