Poor accommodations for overbooking.nAbe at downtown marriott is no help.
Horrible company to work for. They don't take care of their employees and turn an eye to unprofessional management running their hotels.
The Staff is Vary Courteous and Well Versed in Hotel Property Management. They have Been Trained by the Best.
THE TEANECK MARRIOT AT GLENPOINT IS AN UNSAFE ENVIRONMENT. WE ARE BEING TREATED LIKE ANIMALS. NONE OF US HAVE A VOICE, WE DON'T GET ANY WARNINGS ON INFRACTIONS INSTEAD WE ARE GETTING SUSPENDED OR FIRED WITHOUT AN EXPLANATION. A LOT OF PERSONNEL FROM A LOT OF DEPARTMENTS ARE MISSING. WE ARE BEING OVERWORKED AND OVERLOOKED! WE CAN'T EVEN COMPLAIN TO THE HR DEPARTMENT BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT ON OUR SIDE. IF THIS CONTINUES WE WILL CALL THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND WE WILL HIRE LAWYERS. THIS WORK ENVIRONMENT IS UNSAFE AND UNJUST AND WE ARE TIRED OF IT.
Honestly don’t recommend anyone getting a job with this company it’s now been a month of not getting paid and a week after meetings to fix my pay still haven’t been paid I’ve had 2 separate meetings now and still nothing
