The hotel was nice but besides that they held our $100 deposit. I called them after realizing it and the lady at the front desk at first actes like she can't find our info and says we didn't stay there but would have manager call. Well 3 days later I call back again same thing other than she found us this time. Says the $100 was returned. I told her it wasn't my back shows it was pulled. Well I wait another 3 days because still no manager call back as she said would. So I called corporate office, they said they couldn't do anything but send info to the manager only managers at location can do anything. Wait a week and I should get a call back. I did heard nothing so called location again lady at front desk told me manager was there but wouldn't allow me to speak with them, just took my name and number yet again. Her it is the 6th of September and I stayed on the 15th of August. I'm really getting frustrated at this point and calling my bank Tuesday and see what they can do for me! ud83dude21ud83eudd2cud83eudd26ud83cudffb♀ufe0f
Get ready!! So me and my spouse arrived at the hotel on Friday night. I can’t remember the young African Americans name that helped us but he was amazing. We paid for our deposit and he gave us our room key. Me and my spouse went to the room and the air was on so we turned the heat up before we left out to dinner. We came back about 2hours later to our hotel and it was absolutely freezing in the room there was a problem with the heat and air unit. So I went downstairs and explained the situation to the lady upfront not sure if she was Hispanic/Latino/Mexican(doesn’t matter) I told her our room was freezing can we resolve this situation. She told me to go upstairs and turn it off because there is no maintenance which I tried to do and it wasn’t shutting off. I went back down stairs politely asked how do we fix this she stated it’s because it’s already programmed by cooperate?? And then came up with another excuse saying it’s because of the temperature outside??(reallly....?) So another man came up who was looking for a hotel to book and heard what was going on and he left to find another hotel. She said “see now you lost me customer.” So I stated you do have other rooms then me and my spouse can move to. She said quote “NO, nothing is available and can’t be fixed. You can leave and go across the street to another hotel and I’ll give your 100$ deposit back!” So basically I paid your hotel 180$ for a room PLUS the 100$ deposit. And now this lady is telling me to leave the hotel and find something else and only give me my deposit back?! Seriously... eventually we had to get other assistance from family to resolve this situation and she eventually gave us another room.( So you did have other rooms available)I’m not even going to go into detail how terrible her service was to others. I’m not saying fire this lady but her customer service is absolutely terrible. Especially working a night shift when problems can arise she should NOT be working. I never felt more disrespected with customer service in my life. The only reason you guys are getting 3 stars is because of the young African American was great all through out and we got another room other than that this lady will continue to drive your business down due to terrible customer service if issues arise. With all due respect owner please resolve this issue with her. Thank you and have a great day!
This has been the worst hotel stay experience I have had. I travel often to visit family and this is the first time I have ever written a negative review. I feel not to would be a dis service to the next traveler. I will start with the most disappointing event. Well, top 2. Also, the reason we stayed here is because I am usually happy with the Wyndham brand. Around midnight while we were trying to sleep, we were woke up by a phone call from the front desk asking if we owned a blue truck at which we replied no we do not. 15 minutes later we get a knock on the door by an employee asking again if we own a blue truck at which we again replied that we do not!! At most hotels I have checked into they ask for the make and model of your vehicle which they do not. This would clearly be a useful tool to avoid bothering other guests in the middle of the night. The second was upon trying to check out we waited 15 minutes because we needed a receipt and there was no one at the front desk. While waiting we notice a house keeper and ask if she can get someone to which she responds I'm housekeeping. It was only after knocking on the office door several times that we got someone. She honestly looked like she had just woke up and I am not joking in the least bit. She did not ask how our stay was or anything of the sort. Very unpleasant.nThe room was unclean but we sucked it up. The TV is a joke, very limited channel line up and the shower head only had one very low shower stream. Absolutely unsatisfied and will be reporting to corporate. I see several similar negative reviews and clearly nothing has been resolved. I only wish I would have read the reviews before hand!! I am usually satisfied with the Wyndham brand but this is definitely a scar on the brand. I only left one star bc it wouldn't let me submit if notnnMcFarlands
Staying here on a Saturday night, clearly there is a party in the room across the hall, the guests are running between the 2nd and 3rd floors, knocking on doors, yelling and screaming. I call down to the front desk to complain only to be told give them 30 more minutes,that was 2 hours ago. Only giving one star because you have to , to be able to post a reviews.
My check in time was 3pm. I arrived around 4:30pm. I was sent to a room on the 3rd. Floor that wasn't even clean. Then desk clerk sent me to a room on the first floor, that smell like mildew and mold. I finally received another room on the 3rd floor, that was acceptable.
