To make it short this place does need renovation.nRooms are OK for 25 years ago. Hotel resides next to I 65 and even know the windows are not facing the expressway you still hear the road noise.nDuring the pandemic the famous breakfast buffet is not available and they serve the pre-bagged breakfasts that consist of apple, small bottle of water, and granola bar.nPlace serves the need with the good discount that can be found online.
I had a very good stay. The staff was very nice and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was awesome and it's really kid friendly! What I like most is how they are cleaning and keeping things Covid free.
Staff was awesome, rooms very clean. There were some guests that didn't respect the privacy of other guests. However, the young lady that worked at night was very responsive to our concerns as well as the GM Lisa will definitely stay there my next visit.
Nice rooms but they either need to deep clean or replace the carpets throughout. I really think hotels should do floors rather than carpet as it is easier to sanitize. I feel like they could do a better job of cleaning the rooms. The beds were comfy and the desk staff were friendly.
Friendly welcoming staff. Partly upgraded hotel. They need to up grade The flooring. The pictures advertised were accurate. All social area's were closed do to the social distance rule so no breakfast available. But they are minutes away from the mall and many restaurants. Just of the I-65 at the Route 30 exit.
