This work was done around end of June, but I'm just getting around to giving the review. I must say it was a bit of a bumpy start, which was quickly and professionally rectified. It started off with a visit from Hugo, who was punctual, sincere and trustworthy. After he provided the verbal quote on my gutter and fascia/gutter repair, he provided some suggestions, which for a first time home buyer I was extremely grateful. Once I made the decision to move forward with the work I gave them a call, and they mentioned I would receive an email with the information to begin the process. Almost 3 weeks went by where I left messages and was on the phone with a few people, but still no email. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and gave them one final call and left a message. Shortly after I received a call from Silvia, and then a call directly from Hugo, who quickly and smoothly rectified the situation. We set the date for the work to be done, and all was well. What made things better, was that they were able to find an opening in their schedule to get work started sooner, which worked with my schedule, and I was able to get the work done sooner than the date we set. Overall, I wish it would have been a smooth ride the whole way, but hey it’s a business and things happen. What was great is that they took ownership of the mistake and went above and beyond to make it right. The work was great and so was the team that got it done. I will definitely look to them for any future work to my house.

Hugo with Sanchez Roofing was GREAT! He was very professional and responsive. Great work and truly honest. I would definitely recommend them for any roofing projects and I will use them for any roofing concerns I have in the future.

Last April 2019 we had a real bad Wind storm that blew off half the shingles on my house/Garage and Shed. I called my insurance company and they told me to get three quotes. I called multiple companies and only received one very professional response back. Hugo called me and walked the three areas to get replaced and fixed. He walked me thru the Insurance process and shingle color and types. At that time he told me about getting the siding and gutters done also. At first I wasn't going to get the extra stuff done, but he gave me some addresses to drive by to see the quality of his companies work. I was very impressed so I agreed to get it done. His crew showed up on a Monday and finished 3 roofs, new siding and fixed my rotted wood/eaves on my shed in less than four days! Hugo and his team was very courteous and professional and cleaned up the areas they were in!! I highly recommend Sanchez roofing and Construction for ALL you housing needs!

We hired Sanchez Roofing because we needed our roof and siding replaced. Marcial was a pleasure to work with from the initial meeting. He was detailed in explaining and breaking down all the costs for the whole project to us. Any questions we had I called and talked to Silvia and she was very helpful, courteous and professional. When it came time for the work to get started, the crew was fast and did an excellent job. Our house looks great! We'll definitely be using Sanchez Roofing for any additional home projects needing to get done.
