Very nice and the staff was extremely helpful. They are remodeling right now but doing their best to be quiet and keep guests happy. Rooms are good sized and very clean.

I may as well have been staying in a college dorm room. I understand that COVID has changed amenities offered, however, it should not change the cleanliness of a room, nor the friendliness of the staff. Every utensil, plate, bowl, etc. in the room was dirty. The place was just grimy I actually did a more thorough cleaning of the room than the housekeeping did. The staff, with exception of the gentleman that checked me in the evening of 9/17 was indifferent - the front desk was nearly always unmanned and after waiting for 5 - 15 minutes you may get service. There are FAR nicer and LESS expensive hotels in the area that offer the same or bettter amenities. Stay at those and far away from the Residence Inn. Sad to say as a Lifetime Platinum.
Nice room, clean, bathroom was enormous staff was friendly I only gave 4 stars because they wanted a card deposit even though my company paid, and the items they have for sale by the front desk are outrageously expensive. Who is paying $10 for one bottle of beer.
Horrible customer Service! Lindsey ( refused to give her last name) And yes it was your hotel which tells me your rep that evening lied about her name.No need to pass it along to other hotels in the area. I did not confuse you all with another hoer. I frequently stay at the Marruott and lo e the service but not at your hotel!
