I love this shop. Rachel is a highly skilled mechanic and I trust her with all my bikes. She is thorough and always makes sure my bikes are running in top shape by taking care of the small things that often go overlooked. And Zena, the shop cat, is an absolute sweetheart. I go out of my way to come here.
This shop has been the upmost representation of professionalism. I have had multiple bikes serviced by these folks and they always have done a beyond amazing job for me. If you want a local bike shop that is engaged in the community and dos solid work, I would highlynrecommend Killer Queen.
